West Midlands Police have launched a fresh appeal for teenager Andrew Williams who has been missing since March this year.
POLICE in Bournville are reappealing for help in tracing a 16-year-old who has been missing since earlier this year.
Andrew (Andy) Williams, was last seen by his mother on Friday 30 March after he left the family home in Foyle Road, Kings Norton.
Police are now becoming increasingly concerned for the teenager and are appealing for anyone who may have seen him to get in touch.
Detective Inspector James Foy, the senior investigating officer, said: “Andy has been missing from home for over four months now and his family are increasingly concerned for his safety.
“It is totally out of character for him to go missing and he has not contacted any friends or family since leaving. He is not in any trouble whatsoever and his family only want him to make contact to confirm he is safe and well.”
Andrew is described as white, 5ft 8ins tall with brown hair. At the time of his disppearance he had a goatee beard. He was last seen wearing a black hoodie, dark bottoms and grey and orange trainers.
Anyone with any information is asked to contact Bournville Police on the non-emergency telephone number 101.
