    About the Role
    As a Nursery Practitioner, you will help bring our Ambitions curriculum to life by creating a safe, happy, stimulating and inclusive environment where children aged 0–5 can learn, explore and flourish. You will support children to become kind, caring, confident and ambitious individuals through engaging learning experiences, positive relationships and everyday practice that reflects our kindness code and children’s affirmations.

    Key Responsibilities
    ·       Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0–5 years.

    ·       Plan and deliver engaging learning activities that support each child’s development.

    ·       Observe, assess and record children’s progress accurately and effectively.

    ·       Create a safe, nurturing, stimulating and inclusive learning environment.

    ·       Communicate positively and professionally with parents, carers and colleagues.

    ·       Support safeguarding responsibilities in line with the role, job description and nursery policies.

    What We’re Looking For
    ·       A Level 3 Childcare qualification.

    ·       Experience working with young children in a nursery or childcare setting.

    ·       A warm, caring and enthusiastic approach to Early Years education.

    ·       Strong communication skills and the confidence to engage with children, families and colleagues.

    ·       A genuine commitment to children’s welfare, learning and development.
