A School’s ‘outdoor learning bus’ in Bournville was vandalised during the half term break.
The Staff and children at St. Francis Primary School, on Teazal Avenue, were left devastated following the discovery of the carnage caused to their big red bus, Fred.
The old London double-decker bus – which is situated in the grounds of the school and provides a fun learning space for pupils – had windows smashed and interior decor and equipment destroyed.
After scouring through CCTV footage at the school, it’s now known that this senseless act was done by two young lads on Thursday 2nd June, between 2pm and 7pm.
A spokesperson at the school said: “We are extremely grateful for the numerous offers of support and help – if you have any ideas or suggestions, then please email them to fred@sfps.bham.sch.uk.”
