A man has appeared at Birmingham Crown Court yesterday (Monday 13th July) charged with the murder of a Northfield toddler nearly three years ago.
The 21 month old girl was found with a head injury at an address in The Green in Northfield on 19th November 2017. She sadly died two days later in hospital.
West Midlands Police charged 31 year old Sean Saddler with murder and wounding in May 2020 and today appeared at Birmingham Crown Court to deny the charges.
Saddler was remanded in custody to appear for trial in February 2021.
