Fitness for the Over 40’s
A class for those more experienced in exercises classes that get the heart pumping.
Exercise to maintain & improve heart & joint health, flexibility, strength, balance, stamina, sleep, & overall health, well being & fitness. Faster paced, with a variety of higher impact aerobics, resistance bands, body weight & floor exercises with circuits & exercise stations to improve muscular strength & endurance.
Please bring a yoga mat and plenty of water.
