A lower impact class for those with reduced mobility, beginners, those returning to exercise or those wanting a slower paced class while still being active.
Exercise to maintain & improve heart & joint health, flexibility, strength, balance, stamina, sleep, & overall health, well being & fitness.
Stretches, games, low impact aerobics, resistance bands, balls & other small equipment exercises.
Everyone welcome.
