West Midlands Police have released a CCTV image of three teens they want to speak to in relation to an assault in Rubery on Sunday 15th August.
The man – in his 30s – was on the number 63 bus at around 5.15pm when a group of around 15 teenage boys became abusive to the driver. When the man intervened, the teens – all white males aged between 15 and 17 years – shouted abuse at him.
After he got off the bus in Callowbrook Lane, the youths chased him and assaulted him and robbed him.
A spokesperson for West Midlands Police said: “We want to speak to these youths following this deeply distressing incident and we know someone will have information.”
