Birmingham Hospice is inviting runners, walkers, families and even pets to join the jolliest charity event of the year: Run Santa Run, a festive fun run on Sunday 30 November 2025 at Moseley Rugby Club on Yardley Wood Road, Birmingham.
They are encouraging locals to dust off trainers, don Santa suits and take on the 5k or 2.5k jingle-route as you pursue the big man in red, as he dashes ahead with his sack of treats. With candy canes, tasty treats and Christmas cheer along the way, this is one run you won’t forget.
Arrival is from 8.30am for registration and Santa-suit pick up, with the run starting at 10am. After crossing the finish line, the fun continues with a mini Christmas market, festive food and Santa’s Grotto.
By signing up and fundraising for this event, you will be helping Birmingham Hospice provide end of life care to patients this Christmas, as well as emotional support to them and their families. There’s no minimum sponsorship target, but the suggested aim is £50 per person.

So please pull on your Santa suit, lace up your trainers, and join us for a morning of Christmas magic that helps bring comfort and care to local families this festive season!”
Run Santa Run is open to all ages and abilities – children under 5 go free and well-behaved dogs are also welcome and of course festive fancy dress is encouraged!
