Man sadly dies following Northfield motorbike crash

A man has died following a motorcycle collision in Northfield on Monday (25th August). 

The man, in his 20s, sadly died yesterday (Tuesday 26th August) in hospital. He came off his motorbike in Norrington Road just after 4pm on Monday. No other vehicles are thought to have been involved in the collision.

Sergeant Rich Evans from West Midlands Police’s Serious Collision Investigation Unit, said: “This is a tragic incident, where a young man has lost his life and our thoughts remain with his family and everyone who knew him.

“We have specially trained officers supporting his family and are continuing to investigate exactly what happened.

“I want to again ask anyone with any dashcam or doorbell footage, or who witnessed the incident to please come forward and speak to us.”
