West Midlands Police are investigating after a man was sadly found dead in a Frankley street in the early hours of this morning (Wednesday 21st August).
A spokesman said: “We were called to an address in Hereford Close, Rubery, at around 12.30am.
“Officers found a man who was sadly confirmed dead at the scene. His family has been informed.
”An investigation has been launched to establish how the man died, and the death is being treated as unexplained.

West Midlands Police closed off a street in Frankley in the early hours of this morning (Wednesday 21st August).
A spokesman said: “We have officers at Hereford Close, Rubery, today as we investigate an incident overnight.
“We have a cordon in place and are carrying out enquiries at the scene.
“We’re aware of community concerns around dogs which have been seen in the area. Two dogs have been safely brought into our care, and we have specialist dog handlers on the scene.
“We will provide more details as soon as possible.”
