West Midlands Police were called shortly before 7pm last night (Sat) to reports of disorder involving weapons on Frankley Beeches Road in Northfield.
Three people were taken to hospital with non life-threatening head injuries.
Three men, aged 30, 20 and 19 and a 15-year-old boy were arrested and taken into custody on suspicion of violent disorder.
They remain in custody as officers carry out further enquiries.
