West Midlands Police have arrested three men after three people were injured in a disorder at an address in Northfield town centre this afternoon.

Emergency services were called just after 3.30pm, initially to reports of a stabbing in Bristol Road South.

West Midlands Police confirmed that three people were injured in the incident andWest Midlands Ambulance Service confirmed that two ambulances and a paramedic officer attended.

A spokeswoman for West Midlands Police said: “We’re investigating after being called to a disorder at a property in Bristol Road South at just after 3.30pm today.

“Officers, including armed officers, attended and found a man with slash wounds, and a woman with minor injuries, neither of which are believed to be life-threatening.

҉۬Another man suffered suspected fractures after we understand he jumped from a window.

҉۬All three were attended to by paramedics before being taken for further treatment at hospital.

“We have arrested one man on suspicion of wounding and a second man on suspicion of affray.”

A third man at the property was arrested for unrelated vehicle offences.
