Police are appealing to trace Mark Jones from Druids Heath, Birmingham.
The 32-year-old is wanted for GBH with intent, breaching a restraining order and sending a threatening message.
He is from the Birmingham area and has links to Kingstanding, Bartley Green and Stirchley.
He was given a 16-week prison sentence suspended for two years on 6 November 2017 for a domestic abuse battery.
