Teaching Assistant Level 2/3 Fixed term position

Northfield Manor Academy is a two form school in Birmingham which became part of the Victoria Academies Trust in 2015. The trust aims to build a family of outstanding schools who share a passion for powerful, immersive and creative learning. Northfield Manor Academy is a well-resourced school in an attractive environment.

The vacancy will be a classroom based role and will be supporting the learning of pupils. Candidates will need to show initiative and be able to work as part of a team to provide a caring and stimulating learning environment for the children. You will need to be qualified to NVQ Level 2/3 (or equivalent), SEND and EYFS experience is also a desirable quality and the candidate must have good interpersonal skills, ICT skills and enjoy working with children. You will be required to support lunchtime duties.
