Northfield Beach: Circus Skills • Commonwealth Games

•This year, Northfield Community Partnership brings TWO urban beaches plus sports events to South West Birmingham with FREE fun activities for all the family!

• The Green, Kings Norton (Sports events in Kings Norton Park) – Friday 30th July until Monday 2nd August 2021
• Price’s Square, Northfield (Sports events on Victoria Common) – Saturday 21st until Tuesday 24th August 2021

Tuesday 24th August, Price’s Square, Northfield: 

• All day: Urban beach
• During the day: Commonwealth Games Roadshow including Beach Volleyball with Team GB Olympian Peter Bakare
• 11am & 3pm: Circus Skills Workshops – with captivating and highly skilled performers including jugglers, unicyclists, trapeze artists and clowns
• 2pm & 4pm: Silent Disco with Silent Noize Events
• 11.15am, 12.30pm, 2pm: Cookery School with Digbeth Dining Club. Sessions will last around 45 minutes
• All day: Free arts & crafts with Northfield Arts Forum (NAF)
• All day: Alice in Wonderland Mad Hatter’s Tea Party
• 12-2pm: Cycling with Eco Birmingham (Victoria Common)
• 1.30-4.30pm Archery, tri-golf, curling and more with Learn Active Coaching (Victoria Common)
• FREE healthy snacks and refreshments and lunch for the children!
