Kings Norton Beach: Jurassic Beach

This year, Northfield Community Partnership brings TWO urban beaches plus sports events to South West Birmingham with FREE fun activities for all the family!

• The Green, Kings Norton (Sports events in Kings Norton Park) – Friday 30th July until Monday 2nd August 2021
• Price’s Square, Northfield (Sports events on Victoria Common) – Saturday 21st until Tuesday 24th August 2021

Friday 30th July, The Green, Kings Norton: 

• All day: Urban beach
• 12pm & 3pm: Meet the Baby Dinosaurs as the safari rangers walk around the beach
• 11am & 2pm: Rex the T-Rex visits the Beach on The Green!
• All day: Dino Dig – hunt for buried bones!
• Through the day: Cookery School with Digbeth Dining Club. Sessions will last around 45 minutes
• 11am-12pm, 1pm-2pm, 3pm-4pm: Storytelling with Spoz
• All day: Free arts & crafts with Northfield Arts Forum (NAF)
• All day: Rugby Skills with KNRFU Rhinos (Kings Norton Park)
• 1.30-4.30pm Archery, tri-golf, curling and more with Learn Active Coaching (Kings Norton Park)
• 10am-11am: Led cycle ride with Eco Birmingham BOOKING ESSENTIAL www.ecobirmingham.com
• 12-2pm: Cycling activities in Kings Norton Park
