If you haven’t heard of walking football, it’s very similar to standard football but has been tailored specifically for people who are wanting a slower paced form of the beautiful game. You play with modified rules so people who can’t run around or play regular football can still enjoy being active.

It’s a great way to stay active and improve your health. It’s also easy for people to start, regardless of age or fitness level.
