West Midlands Police have made three arrests after a three week old baby was taken to hospital in ‘an unresponsive condition’ on Saturday (27th June).
In a statement, a spokesperson for West Midlands Police said: “A 20-year-old man and a 49-year-old woman have been arrested on suspicion of wilfully harming a child. A second woman, aged 20, has also been arrested on suspicion of causing or allowing serious injury to a child.”
All three have since been released on bail while the baby remains in a stable condition in hospital.
