West Midlands Police are investigating an attempted carjacking in Briar Way, Kings Norton, around 12.30pm on 28th August.
Two masked would-be robbers – who were armed with a knife – approached a man in Briar Walk, just off Primrose Hill and demanded the keys to a BMW.
After failing to get the keys they then smashed some of the vehicle’s windows before fleeing empty-handed.
