West Midlands Police (WMP) have charged a man with murder following the death of Lee Baker, who was hit by a car in Birmingham last week.
Lee, 28, was struck by the car just before 5.10pm on Monday (21st July) in Ormscliffe Road, Rednal.

He suffered serious injuries and sadly died later in hospital.
Michael Povey, 28, was arrested yesterday on suspicion of the murder of Mr Baker and other offences.
Povey was charged last night with murder, perverting the course of justice, and theft of a motor vehicle.
He will appear before city magistrates today.
Two other men aged 28 and 29 years, remain on police bail.
Det Insp Michelle Cordell, who is leading the investigation, said: “This is a significant step forward in our investigation, but it’s still vital that people with information come forward.
“We know a number of people were in the area at the time, and I’d urge them to do the right thing for Lee’s family and come forward and tell us what they know. My thoughts remain with Lee’s family and loved ones at this incredibly difficult time.”
Anyone with information should ring 101, quoting 20/317820/25.
