One hundred years of car production at Longbridge all but came to an end on 8th April 2005 when MG Rover collapsed, devastating the workforce and the local community.
In the lead up to the annual Pride of Longbridge gathering in Cofton Park on Saturday 26th April, we’ll be sharing some videos, photos and words to show the heritage of the car industry in Longbridge and the changes that have taken place since the closure.
