West Midlands Police are investigating after a cyclist was seriously injured when hit by a car in Birmingham have made an arrest.
A 30-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of causing serious injury by dangerous driving.
This is after a collision in Brandwood Park Road yesterday evening.
A cyclist was hit by a silver BMW which failed to stop at the scene.
The cyclist remains in hospital in a serious condition.
