A fabulously talented and kind hearted teenager from Northfield has held a garden party to raise funds for a charity that supports children with disabilities.
On Saturday 31st July, 15 year old Zakk Dienn, hosted an event in aid of the Dame Vera Lynn Children’s Charity which provides an early intervention service for under 5’s with cerebral palsy and other motor learning impairments.
The young fundraiser attends Dame Elizabeth Cadbury School in Bournville and is also member of The D Day Juniors – the children’s war-time performance group which was created by The D Day Darlings.
Not only did Zakk organise and host the garden party that included food (‘lots pf cake’!), running a bonus ball and a raffle, the gifted school boy also provided the musical entertainment too!

So far, Zakk’s garden party has fantastically raised over a whopping £500 – if you would like to support the young fella in his fundraiser, you can do so by donating HERE.
