The excellent Kings Norton Girls’ School and Sixth Form were delighted to congratulate students on their outstanding achievements in their GCSE’s this summer.
This year, following the cancellation of exams, grades were awarded through a process of teacher assessed grades, against a national standard and approved and awarded by the exam boards. The government is not publishing performance data for any schools or colleges this year due to the varying impact of the pandemic.
Nicola Raggett, the school’s Headteacher said: “We are immensely proud of all the hard work and achievements of our students. Despite such a difficult and disrupted year they have continued to flourish. Our staff team have worked tirelessly with students to ensure they are all able to progress onto further education, we look forward to welcoming many of them into Kings Norton Sixth Form. We wish all our students the very best for the future and look forward to hearing about their achievements.”
And how do our students feel?
