A local secondary school has asked another year group to self-isolate after a member of the school tested positive for COVID-19.
All Year 9 pupils at Colmers School in Rednal have been asked to self-isolate in line with current government guidelines.
This comes a day after the school closed to all year 7 children following a member of the school community tested positive for COVID-19.
Last week, a small number of pupils who had been in close contact with a staff member who also tested positive were asked to self-isolate.
The school is operating full COVID-secure measures (full information on school website) and all other pupils should continue to attend.
