The BBC writes:Â
Wearing a face covering in shops and supermarkets in England is to become mandatory from 24 July.
Those who fail to comply with the new rules will face a fine of up to £100, the government is to announce.

In line with the rules on public transport, children under 11 and those with certain disabilities will be exempt.

Brilliant!
So you have to wear a mask for your trip into Asda, but you don’t need to wear one should you then pop into a cafe or pub!
And if its so urgent, why leave it until the 24th to make it mandatory?
Much for the same reason Boris and Cummings were late into lockdown and came out it earlier than we should have, they don’t want to be seen to be to blame by a certain demographic of supporter and would rather business owners and workers make those decisions and take the flack.
They don’t want to upset or alienate themselves from their hardcore base of right wing brexit supporters who in large numbers either think Covid is a hoax or being overblown by the media to control them and the rest of the populations of the world.
There are other numerous conspiracies that seem to go along with those beliefs that vary from person to person, depending on the size of conspiracy delusion, from crashing the econemy, so the little companys go out of business and are gobbled up by money men, to beliefs involving George Soros, the Rothschilds, Bill Gates, vaccines, BLM,the Clinton’s, antifa,Marxists, satanic sex rings, the BBC and other main stream media.
There also seems to be a lot of hate to anyone (sheep) that disagrees and doesn’t see their “truth” that all the above are “rats” and “unpatriotic” and are trying to destroy the country.
If you have your right-wing conspiracy word bingo cards ready, you’ll see them over the next few weeks having a hissy fit when asked to wear a mask by the shop workers and owners.
