[VIDEO] Woman fends off would-be thief with crutch at Weoley cashpoint

West Midlands Police are appealing for help to identify a man after a woman fended off the would-be thief at a cashpoint in Weoley Castle.

The incident happened at the Lloyds ATM in Weoley Castle Road at around 2pm on Wednesday 15th April.

The woman was repeatedly asked to hand over her bank car, money and bag.

After she shouted out and waved her crutch at him, the man left empty-handed, along with a second man.
