A man has been arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure after reports of several incidents of a man exposing himself in Selly Oak over the last month.
The latest incidents are reported to have taken place on the 5 and 6 March between 4.30pm and 6.30pm.
West Midlands Police said that the 40 year old man remains in police custody and local patrols have been stepped up to reassure the community.
Enquiries are still continuing and detectives are keen to hear from anyone who has witnessed any suspicious behaviour or who has any information.
