A man is in hospital with serious injuries after being stabbed in an incident in Northfield in the early hours of this morning (Tuesday 27th August).
West Midlands Police confirmed that enquiries are ongoing after the 22 year old was left with “serious stab injuries” after being attacked at a property in Roundlea Road at around 4.30am.
A section of Roundlea Road around a block has flats remains cordoned off by police this morning.
A West Midlands Ambulance Service ambulance plus paramedic officer attended the incident.
A spokesman for the service said: “On arrival we discovered one patient, a man, who was treated for multiple serious injuries before being taken to hospital for further treatment.”
