A man who failed to appear at Redditch Magistrates Court in November is being sought by West Mercia Police.
David Banner, 47, was due to appear to face charges of assault, sexual assault on a woman and breach of non-molestation order on 13th November 2017.
Banner, from Jasmine Grove in Bromsgrove, is known to frequent the South Birmingham area.
Sergeant David King from West Mercia Police said: “Investigations are now ongoing and we are appealing for the public’s help in assisting us to locate Banner. I would ask the public not to approach him if they see him, but to please contact police.”
