A showing of a new horror film was paused at Empire Cinema Great Park over the weekend as the theatre was filled with a pungent smell!
Filmgoers watching Stephen King’s IT had an expected – and in some cases very welcome – loo break as staff paused the film, opened fire doors and sprayed air freshener!
We now understand that the smell may have been due to a stink bomb, rather than the stench of fear!
