Fire crews were called to tackle a fire in a derelict factory building in Longbridge this afternoon (Thursday 9th March).
The fire broke out in the roof of a building – part of the former MG Rover factory in Lowhill Lane – awaiting demolition.
Fifteen firefighters from Northfield and Kings Norton were called to the scene at around 12.30pm.
