Twenty six-year-old Lee Copestick sentenced to 3 years imprisonment.
Mr Copestick, who had been residing in Selly Oak, was charged with one count of sexual assault on a female child under the age of 13 at Birmingham Crown Court.
On the 1st April 2016 he pleaded not guilty to the charge, however, on the 18th April 2016 after a short trial, the jury found him guilty as charged.
Mr Lee Copestick was sentenced to 3 years imprisonment and ordered to sign on the Sex Offender Register indefinitely.
