The candidate will be liaising with clients, contractors and tenants, so the ability to meet requirements of varying groups and maintain professional diplomacy, yet build positive relationships throughout, is essential. Must be highly organised and customer service focused.
Purchasing/procurement experience or supplier/contractor management advantageous.
Experience in property/estate agency advantageous, not essential
Office administration experience
Ability to work well within a small busy team
Attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload/multi-task
Confident customer facing and using telephone and email
Own car and clean driving licence.
Approximately 30 hours per week!
