About the role
Sense have an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team in Selly Oak, Birmingham as an Administrator. We have two roles available; one full time position working 37.5 hours per week, and one part time role working 15 hours per week.
As an Administrator at Sense, you will provide administrative, secretarial and office support to our team based in TouchBase Pears, Selly Oak, and our various care services in the Birmingham area. You will work directly with Managers and Staff on various duties such as dealing with telephone queries, data handling and archiving in accordance with current legislation, and note taking in meetings.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a keen attention to detail. You will be able to demonstrate the skills needed handle a varied workload, working both on your own initiative, and as part of a team. You will have administrative experience and be IT literate, including the use of the full Microsoft Office Suite.
