HR Shared Services Administrators (Recruitment Team or HR Advice Team)

    About the roles
    Due to internal promotions and growth within the thriving HR Department, we have two opportunities for you to join our team as a HR Shared Service Administrator.

    Recruitment Team

    The first role sits within the Recruitment Team and can be offered on a full or part time basis (minimum of 22.5 hours).

    Reporting to the Recruitment Team Leader, you will administer the recruitment process by advertising Sense vacancies using an online applicant tracking system, prepare shortlist packs for hiring managers and invite candidates to interview in a timely and efficient manner. You will also be responsible for the on-boarding process for our new starters undertaking the pre-employment check process and welcoming them to the Sense team.

    It’s really important to us to ensure that all applicants have a great candidate experience. We pride ourselves on working together to provide excellent support to all our managers and achieve successful recruitment campaigns.

    HR Advice Team
    Working full time within the HR Advice team this is a fantastic opportunity for you to experience a busy and varied HR department. You will undertake the full range of HR administration duties including general queries as well as delivering payroll administration including processing starters, leavers, contract changes and providing third party reference requests. You will be part of a small but busy team responsible for providing professional HR first line advice and administration support to our employees and line managers.

    This could be the perfect place for you to start your HR career working alongside HR Advisors and HR People Partners who can offer valuable knowledge and support.

    About you
    It would be great if you have experience working within a HR Department, although this is not essential.  You will possess excellent communication skills and be dedicated to providing great customer service. You will be proficient in word and data processing with proven experience of working in a busy administrative team.

    You will be highly organised and place an emphasis on quality and accuracy. You will be able to build effective working relationships, able to use tact and diplomacy when dealing with others and able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
