As a Sales Executive, you’ll champion a place that is much more than just a gym. We combine a great fitness facility with fully integrated holistic health centre, staffed by a range of health specialists including Personal Trainers, Health Mentors, Nutritionists, Physiotherapists, Physiologists and GPs.
At Nuffield Health, we don’t do pushy sales. Instead, you’ll motivate customers to improve their health and fitness. Identifying what people want from a gym membership, you’ll deliver a package to suit their needs – from personal training through to nutritional advice. Although you’ll be based in the Club, you’ll also spend time in the local community – planning open days and events, and visiting businesses to raise awareness of everything we offer. What’s more, you’ll help to develop a sales focused culture throughout the Club, encouraging colleagues to help us achieve our sales targets as a team.
Successful sales experience would certainly be an advantage. But it’s not essential. What matters most is that you’re a real people person. Inspiring and motivational, you know how to stand up in a room and shine. Crucially, you know how to match people to products based on their needs and experience. Confident working to targets, and tenacious on the tough days, you’ll help one of the nation’s strongest health brands to keep on growing and changing lives.
