    Job Role

    Our Sales Associates are the face of PEP&CO to our customers. It’s their job is to listen to our customers and offer world class customer service at all times to help them to make the right choice of product to make them feel good. We look for Sales Associates who love to work with customers and have a passion for service, some fashion knowledge would be great too. In your induction, we’ll give you all the training you need to help you to feel confident in your role and with helping customers with their queries.

    Supports the delivery of all Sales and profit KPI’s
    Supports the in store activity according to high st trading factors, weather, events etc Takes action to increase average transaction values and items per basket
    Takes action to minimise stock loss and monitors loss at all times.
    Responsible for a safe working environment and adheres to all H&S policies & procedures.
    Delivers accurate cash handling and till operational procedures
    Adheres to store compliance requirements and continuous improvements

    Demonstrates world class customer service at all times by interacting and valuing customers
    Reflects the PEP&CO brand standards to customers at all times.
    Responds efficiently to till queues to ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
