The Live at Home Community Programme Coordinator is responsible for co-ordinating and running a programme of activities to enable older people (60+) to live later life well. Operated by MHA, Live at Home schemes offer services that aim to relieve social isolation and encourage older people to take an active part in the communities in which they live. Promoting independence and wellbeing for older people living at home is at the heart of everything we do at Selly Oak Live at Home scheme.

MHA Live at Home Schemes operate across the UK, enabling older people to maintain their independence and live later life well and we are looking for an enthusiastic dedicated person to join our team. Our office is based in Northfield and we deliver our services throughout the South West of Birmingham, supporting older people in B14; B29; B30; B31; B38; B45 and B63. Anyone applying for this post must be able to work occasional evenings and weekends as our services are delivered across seven days a week.

The services Live at Home schemes provide are social support within the community, there is no expectation of personal or domiciliary care and this is not a housing or care home role.
