We are currently recruiting a passionate and enthusiastic Deputy Manager.
This is a full time role and the right applicant must be able to work between the hours of 7.30am and 6.00pm Monday to Friday on a shift basis.

You must have a minimum of a relevant Level 3 childcare qualification and have previous senior nursery nurse/supervisory/deputy manager experience.
The ideal person will have a sound knowledge of the EYFS and safguarding procedures.
Paediatric first aid is desirable.
Your Role as Deputy Manager will include;
Promoting positive relationships with parents, children and your team.
Overseeing the running of the nursery in the absence of the manager and being a key holder responsible for opening and locking up.
Ensuring the health, safety and well being of the children at all times.
Being a positive role model in order to lead your staff team to deliver high quality care and education throughout the nursery.
Supporting the nursery manager with office based tasks, to include invoicing, finances, enquiries, recruitment and marketing.
You will need to be able to;
work using your own initiative
demonstrate excellent communications skills to enable you to motivate, manage and inspire your team.
