Location: Northfield Leisure Centre
Working Hours/Pattern: 12.50 (Approx.) hours per week on a 2-week rota
Week 1: Mon 7.30-10.30pm, Sat 2-6pm, Sun 11-6pm
Week 2: Mon 9-3pm, Wed 3-8pm

This state-of-the-art new site boasts a 25m six lane main pool, a learner pool, 75 station gym, boditrax composition tool, pool pod to access the pool, modern changing rooms for wet and dry facilities, dedicated free weights area, extensive workout program and free parking!

Key Purpose of the role?
The role of the Lifeguard is to work within the centre ensuring customer safety and high standards of service and customer care at all times. The role will involve supervision of specific activities, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and the safe handling and set up of equipment.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who has previous experience of working within the leisure environment with the ability to set and achieve high standards of cleanliness and personal presentation as well as excellent communication and customer service skills. You should also have a good awareness of Health & Safety policies and procedures.
Please note: We can only consider applications from candidates who hold a current National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (Royal Life Saving Society)
