12 hours per week
Rota Pattern: Tuesday, Thursday & Friday evenings 1600 hours – 2000 hours
Hospice Band 2: £14,665 – £17,261 per annum pro rata depending on skills & experience
Being an integral part of a team of 11 housekeeping staff, the successful candidate will be required to clean furniture, fixtures and fittings within the Day Hospice and office areas within the Hospice to maintain high standards of cleanliness and will play a key role in the prevention and control of infection.
It is essential for the post holder to be flexible to work additional hours at short notice to meet the demands of the department and to cover annual leave and sickness (which may include evenings, weekends and bank holidays).
Previous cleaning experience in a similar healthcare environment is essential. i.e. Hospital / Nursing home.
