Director of School Outreach and Alternative Provision

    Salary – PO4, Scale Point 41-44 £36,378 – £39,177

    We are looking to appoint a suitably qualified, hardworking, enthusiastic individual. Who has a proven track record and experience of working with vulnerable students.

    The successful candidate will have experience of working with alternative providers of education and have a clear understanding of the legalities and safeguarding procedures with regards alternative provision.

    The role will predominantly involving coordinating alternative provision and overseeing academic provision for our most vulnerable students whilst liaising with colleagues within our Renaissance Centre.

    You should have excellent interpersonal skills, computer literate, good organisational skills. The successful must be able to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with children, staff and parents.

    Colmers is any over-subscribed school on the south west outskirts of Birmingham.
