Our Deputy Managers are a key part of our business. You’ll be there every step of the way, even jumping in to run the show when the Store Manager is absent. It’s up to you to assist in managing the team so they do their best to deliver sales and profit, while ensuring a personal and friendly customer service. We want our customers to have the best shopping experience possible and you’re an essential part of encouraging that.
Your Store Manager and Area Manager will always be there to support you and lend a hand with any issues you may have. But really, your central role means the store is yours and the Store Manager’s to run the best you can – so have pride in it and be hands-on when needed. It’s important to lead by example and show the team you’re ready to get stuck in.

• At least 1 year retail management experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Good understanding of the retail environment
• Track record of delivering results through effective leadership & coaching
