The kitchen is the engine room of our restaurants and our cooks hold the most important role in ensuring that all of our products are made to the same high standards as the Colonel did.
Whilst experience in a fast paced kitchen is fantastic, we are always on the lookout for individuals with a passion for people and who love being part of a team.
- Cleaning, breading and cooking all chicken products in line with the correct procedures
- Ensuring product quality by checking expiry dates and times of products
- Following the processes for keeping the kitchen, equipment and storage areas clean
- To comply with all health and safety regulations to ensure the safety of themselves, the team and our customers.
