    22.5 Hours per week

    Fixed term contract until December 2018

    Salary £23,398 (Pro Rata £14,228)

    We have successfully secured funding from The Heritage Lottery Fund to deliver an oral history project that will gather the stories of people with learning disabilities and those who supported them during the move from institutional to community care during the last 30 years. The post will co-ordinate project activities, the delivery of project outcomes and outputs, and ensure the long-term sustainability of project legacies. The HPC will support heritage research during the project, recruit and train volunteers, and be the lead for the development of community events and activities, liaison with heritage and community bodies to arrange events, the exhibition and final production of project outputs. The post-holder will also manage the steering group and the project volunteers.
