    Buckt has an exciting opportunity for someone to gain admin and management-type experience with our Admin Apprenticeship. The Buckt team is currently extremely creative, so we are looking for someone who is more organised and diligent to compliment our current set up & help take us to the next level.

    The ‘Admin Apprentice’ will play a crucial role in the team. Buckt is going through a period of growth and transition, and we are looking for someone who has the organisational skills to help us manage this process.

    This individual will work directly with the company CEO providing him direct admin support. This means you will get a first-hand look at company management and the ins-and-outs of a business.

    The individual will need to take responsibility for a number of crucial admin tasks, but will also be expected to have the confidence to communicate with key individuals such as activity providers and subscribers. They will spend a lot of their time managing our subscriber database (i.e. updating it when we receive new subscribers), receiving and managing bookings for activities from our subscribers, and confirming details with the appropriate people.

    There is also the opportunity for the admin person to carry out key marketing tasks such as posting on social media, and carrying out market research.

    The apprenticeship will be a great opportunity for someone who wants to either work in admin or – at a later point – management. Our aim is to continue employing the successful candidate after their apprenticeship, and develop them into a manager for the company.
