PERMANENT – FULL OR PART TIME
Full / Part time role of PA to the Director of Property, Development and Stewardship. Salary £24,243 to £26,389 full time (salary for part time hours will be adjusted accordingly).
Based in the beautiful surroundings of Bournville, Birmingham. Bournville Village Trust is part of a tradition rooted in the principles of its founder, George Cadbury: over a century of progress based on creating and maintaining flourishing communities where people choose to live. Today the Trust owns and manages some 3,500 properties in Birmingham and Telford as well as commercial buildings, some 2500 acres of agricultural land and a grade 2 listed museum in the centre of the Estate. As a registered housing provider and a registered charity we provide a diverse and comprehensive range of services to the communities we serve.

An exciting opportunity exists for a highly efficient PA working for the Director of Property, Development and Stewardship in an extremely diverse and exciting department. The role will support the Directorate which employs circa 120 staff and covers areas such as estates, stewardship, maintenance, landscaping and museum services and will assist the Director with the overall running of the department
Ideally you will have specific experience working at Director/senior level with all associated Secretarial and IT skills, together with detailed experience in minute taking. You will be a great team person who is organised, hardworking and committed to ensuring the Bournville Estate and its other new communities continue to flourish for current and future generations.
The role can be either full time or on a part time basis (e.g. around school hours) over 4 to 5 days per week. Bournville Village Trust also operate a flexi time policy for its staff.
