Gentle Yoga Course
Join Sophie at the Bournville Community Hub for a 4 week Gentle Yoga course, to help improve strength, mobility and posture, help to reduce stress, sleep better and in turn feel more energised!
The session is every Thursday, starting from 2nd May at 9.45am – 10.45am and runs until 23rd May.
Each week will explore physical Asana practice, Sun Salutations, warming up the body and staying safe in foundational postures, as well as getting the most out of your practice through the use of props and modifications. We will look at how to work with the breath (Pranayama) to help support our practice and ease stress and tension in the body and mind. This is a slower paced style of class to help find what works for you.
