Functional Fitness for 50+ / Seniors (Sat)
A second weekly Functional Fitness class for those 50+ at Longbridge Parish Church!.
Functional Fitness is about exercising to improve your function – day to day life. It encompasses everyday movements, focusing on speed, agility, range of motion, core strength, balance and flexibility.
Exercises are introduced with a range progressions to enable all levels of fitness to take part.
